The Lucketts antique fair was over a 2 hour drive from my house, but I'm glad I made the trip. It was a beautiful sunny day and the antique shopping was fabulous.
In the picture below I was talking with Marian from Miss Mustard Seed . She was giving out green Frog Tape and in the photo I am holding mine.

Miss Mustard Seed was a pleasure to chat with. She kept telling me to email her so that she could encourage me as I start painting furniture.
I purchased an antique oil painting that Miss Mustard Seed had found in her grandparent's attic. Although she had enjoyed the painting in her home for a while, it was not created by someone in her family, and she was ready to pass it on.

I was way too busy shopping to take stop and take a lot of pictures, but I did snap a few with my iphone.

I loved the color of these aqua blue tins, but when I went back to buy them they were sold.
Hubby wants me to paint a Phillies sign for him so I snapped a picture of these signs for inspiration.
Ohh! Look at the beautiful Swedish Mora clocks! Since I'm 1/2 Swedish I NEED a Swedish Mora clock in my house.
Lucketts is a yearly antique fair that takes place in Leesburg, Va during the month of May.
